2 table spoons of onion powder
2 1/2 cups of grated Parmigiano or Pecorino Romano
1/2 cup of McCormick basil leaves
1 tablespoon of Oregano
3 tablespoons of whole milk
Directions & Instructions
In a bowl, combine everything except the beef, water and milk.
Add the beef and blend, trying not to work the meat too much (works best with your hands)
After all is mixed lightly with hands, add water and milk
Form small balls of the meat and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes (this could be longer or shorter depending on the size of the meatballs).
Place the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for at least a half hour.
Serve with pasta and sauce or
Make your favorite meatball sub or
just eat them straight out of the pot!
